The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco are the beneficiary of the legendary San Francisco Fall Show Opening Night Gala, which will be held on October 11, 2023 at Fort Mason. One of the most anticipated happenings of the year, the gala is attended by nearly 2,000 people and offers everything a great party should: fabulous people, sumptuous food, lively music, and superb art and antiques. This 41st edition of the San Francisco Fall Show (October 12 – 15, 2023) celebrates La Dolce Vita — the quintessentially Italian approach to the “good life.” From Botticelli to Bertoia, from Fellini to Fornasetti, from Schiaparelli to Sottsass, La Dolce Vita is all about poetic beauty, breathtaking art, groundbreaking design, exuberant colors, and refined materials.

This ongoing affiliation represents the natural synergy between the pre-eminent art and antiques fair on the West Coast and our museums, a collaboration resulting in an unparalleled celebration of art, antiques, and design.

Showcasing 40+ dealers from around the world, offering for sale an extraordinary range of fine, contemporary, and decorative arts, the San Francisco Fall Show also features a distinguished Lecture Series among other events over its four days.
